Nashville Social Club Return & Exchange Policy

We take pride in the quality of our gear and want you to be happy with your purchase. Because of the nature of our products, we have established the following policy regarding returns and exchanges.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Nashville Social Club are considered final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect fit, or style preferences.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that your order is a final sale.

Defective or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. In the rare event that you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, such as the wrong style, size, or color, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a replacement, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item.

If the issue is confirmed, Nashville Social Club will replace the item at our discretion.

Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

Nashville Social Club is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us because of an address error, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the policy above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received: unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
